Piopio Hall Commitee now in Action

The Piopio Hall committee is back in action after some time in recess.

Since completing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Waitomo District Council, our group will now handle all bookings which will provide an easier point of contact within our community.To make a booking you will need to book this venue at least five working days in advance.

Hall Capacity - 200 people (approximately
Cost - Full day $160, Hourly $20 (2hrs min), PA system no charge
Bond - Credit card hold of $100 A fee of $50 will be imposed for pre-inspections if hirer fails to attend within 15 minutes of agreed meeting time.
Availability - 8am - 12 midnight.
Facilities - 200 chairs, 17 tables, Stage, Kitchen, Toilets, Audio System, Wheelchair access.
Access - Public parking spaces are available on Moa Street and Weka Street.

The Piopio Community Hall also offer external hireage of the following items,if you require, for a private event at another location.
Table settings/ trestle tables/ glasses / chairs / bench seats
